I have been a public high school teacher for 35 years, and during that time, I have been involved in educational administration for 13 years. During that time, I was in charge of curriculum, teacher training, moral education, career education, etc. In addition, as a Japanese language teacher, I taught with the integration of teaching and evaluation in mind. We participated in the formulation of the "Reference Materials for Creation of Evaluation Standards and Improvement of Evaluation Methods" prepared by the National Institute for Educational Policy Research. Currently, I am researching the ideal way of teaching subjects in classical education that is not biased towards interpretation, and teacher training methods that balance student guidance and subject guidance.

ISHII Junich, Lead, Moral education cultivates "morality" in children to create a foundation for living a better life. In the case of a group or an individual, in any case, it is important to acquire a certain level of "morality" in order to live a better life and to adjust through the exchange of opinions with others, and this should be expected in special subject morality. Junichi ISHII, Lead, In terms of developing professionals who will contribute to society, vocational high schools and regular high schools have the same goal. However, up until now, I think people have been focusing on the details and treating them as different things. I'm not sure if it's really okay to have that kind of mindset, but from my experience working at both a vocational high school and a regular high school, I think there's not much difference when it comes to the proposition that students themselves pursue happy lives. I began to think that it would be beneficial for them to provide guidance while making good use of each other's strengths. Coincidentally, with the revision of the Curriculum Guidelines, the direction in which we should aim from now on has been made clear. With this in mind, we will first clarify what vocational guidance is and how it has been involved in Japan's development, and then discuss what impact it has had on existing career guidance and career education. I will talk about what happened. Based on this, we will propose how to effectively implement vocational guidance, career guidance, and career education in the coming era, with these people as the main actors. At the same time, with the recent revision of the curriculum guidelines, we will discuss vocational guidance with an eye toward the effective use of the revised comprehensive inquiry time. 石井純一, The name of "Comprehensive Study Time" in high schools was changed to”Comprehensive Inquiry Time" in accordance with the revision of the Course of Study Was. It is meaningful to make a change, and the qualitative change in learning at each school is centered on the implementation of "time for comprehensive inquiry".,It can be seen that they are expecting it to be transformed. In addition, some people reach the age of majority while they are in high school and gain the right to vote.,Considering this, the qualities and abilities that children should acquire are similar to those acquired in elementary school and junior high school.,It is required to be shuffled. In this study, we will examine the meaning of the name change through a comprehensive inquiry.,It is a time of comprehensive exploration of the educational goals of each school and the qualities and abilities that each school acquires in children,By linking the two, we will clarify how to practice more effectively.
茨城大学教育実践研究, 23 Oct. 2023 - 小・中学校の連携による道徳教育の可能性,―A県B市の小中一貫教育校の事例を中心として ―
石井純一・小川哲哉, Lead, 「特別の教科 道徳」は,2018(平成30)年4月から学習指導要領の一部改訂により教科として全国の小学校で教えられるようになった。従来までは週1回の教科外活動として設けられていた「道徳の時間」が,「特別の教科」の道徳科として位置付けられたことで,小学校では 2018(平成30)年度から,中学校では 2019(平成31)年度から教科として全面実施されるに至ったのである。ところで,道徳の教科化に至った背景には,2010 年代にいじめを苦にして自ら命を絶つ事件の影響があると言ってよいだろう。こうしたいじめ問題が報道され社会に衝撃を与えたことを踏まえ,「いじめに正面から向き合う『考え,議論する道徳』への転換に向けて」について(2016 年 11 月 18 日)」文部科学大臣によるメッセージが発信された。このメッセージから,「特別の教科 道徳」の充実が,いじめの防止に向けて大変重要であると認識されたのである。道徳の教科化による「考える道徳」「議論する道徳」の実現に向けて,小・中学校が連携した教育を取り組むことで,いかに効果的な道徳教育が可能となり得るか,さらには,今日の小中一貫教育の道徳教育実践について,その実践事例を踏まえた教育的意義を見いだすことが可能となろう。, 茨城大学全学教職センター
