- Copper(II) triflate-mediated addition reaction of 2-tributylstannyl-1,3-dithiane with imines

The addition of 2-tributylstannyl-1,3-dithiane to imines was achieved using copper(II) triflate in MeNO2 at room temperature. Furthermore, this reaction can be applied to various aromatic and heteroaromatic imines. Consequently, the corresponding α-amino-1,3-dithiane derivatives were efficiently and readily synthesized under mild conditions., Oxford University Press (OUP)
